HMTK 4.5 source code up for inspection

I have now made the source code for HMTK 4.5 available for download at HMTK.com. Please look it over and let me know if any files are missing or if there are any problems compiling. I may have left off a file or two here and there.

The code is not pretty and I will get the better wxHMTK up when I can.
