We ship orders at least
twice per week (on Mondays and Thursdays). Unfortunately, we don't have
the sophisticated ERP resources to email confirmation of orders and
ship dates for every order, so please use the information on this page
to determine roughly when your package will arrive. If a package seems
unusually delayed, feel free to contact us with questions.
Of course, we're only human, and sometimes we get delayed by
sickness or other uncontrollable events that may delay our shipping
process for a day or two. Significant delays (such as the entire staff
being away at a convention) will be posted as a news item on our home
Domestic Orders: We ship orders through the United States
Postal Service, so packages under 1 lb. travel First Class (approx. 3-7
business days) and packages over 1 lb. ship as Priority Mail (approx.
2-4 business days), once they leave the warehouse. We reserve the right
to ship large or special orders via UPS (this is generally a good thing
To improve shipping time, please include your full 9-digit zip code
(instead of the basic 5-digit code) in your address information. This
may help decrease the sorting time of your package as it travels
through the postal system. If you don't know your 9-digit zip code, you
can look it up on the USPS website by clicking here.
Foreign Orders: We happily fulfill orders from most parts of
the world. Foreign orders are shipped via USPS Airmail. Most Airmail
packages under 1 lb. travel First Class Airmail (approx. 1-2 weeks) and
over 1 lb. travel Priority Airmail (approx. 6-10 days) after they leave
We know international airmail is expensive. Sadly there's little we
can do to ameliorate this. However, many of our products are available
in PDF format. This may be a choice to consider if you find the
shipping rates excessive. Also note that certain countries have postal
services that are, well, not 100% reliable. Unless we have made an
address error, we cannot resend products lost by foreign mail services
without charging for shipping.
Remember, these times are only estimates. Delays may occur depending
on how far away you live, problems with your local post office,
delivery trucks, severe weather, or so on. Please note that it is the
responsibility of the USPS to deliver the order and any delay in
delivery is out of our control. Customers are encouraged to contact
their local postal carrier concerning delayed or lost packages. Kenzer
and Company reserves the right to send promotional items, returns and
special offers by other shipping methods due to differences in cost or
other special circumstances.
New subscriptions to the Knights of the Dinner Table comic
magazine begin with the next issue to be released. Domestic
subscriptions travel via USPS Bulk Mail or First Class mail, depending
on which option you purchased. Bulk Mail delivery times vary, depending
on the whim of each individual post office or their sorting center. It
is not uncommon for Bulk Mail subscription issues to take an average of
3 weeks to arrive after they leave our warehouse.
Note that each USPS bulk mailing center has its own policies on how
it handles bulk mail. Some centers treat it as first class mail, while
others hold bulk mail for a period of time and then send it out in
batches. If you would prefer faster shipping for your subscription,
we do offer a First Class option (approx. 3-5 business days).
First Class and foreign subscription issues are shipped as normal
products (see "When Will I Receive My Order?" above).
We will tweet whenever we mail subscriptions so you know your issue
is on its way. You can subscribe to our Twitter feed to receive this information
When calculating shipping cost for discounted products, use the
normal price instead of the discounted price. (We also use size and
weight as factors in calculating s&h, and these don't change when a
product goes on sale.)

If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same
item, Contact Us to
request a replacement. Be sure to include full details, including which
product(s) is damaged and how. Be sure to include your full name, order
#, and current phone number and/or email address. Do not ship the item
back to us unless requested to do so. Please note that it takes us 2 to
4 weeks to process exchanges. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes
us to process your return once we receive it, and the transit time for
you to receive the new item.
If you are returning an item as a result of our error, Contact Us as
detailed above. Again, do not return the item unless requested to do
so. We will provide you with the correct item or equivalent amount of
product credit on our webstore.
Kenzer and Company does not accept returns of Knights of the Dinner
Table subscriptions or electronic downloads.
