About The Cover
Jolly Blackburn doesn't illustrate many KODT covers, except when
the right theme or inspiration arises. This is Jolly's first cover in
about two years, and hearkens back to the classic early covers circa
1997. Despite illustrating every issue, Jolly h as been very shy about
displaying his work on the cover, having done so only 8 times in 175
issues.
