The easiest way to download your PDF is often to go to the main page of our
web site (make sure you're logged in) and look for the "You Have A Download" box
on the left-hand side of the page, between the "Information" and
"Quick Find" boxes:

Click on the product link, and the download box should pop up.
Alternatively, go to your "My Account" section of the website:
From there you can follow the link to show all of your
recent orders. Select the order in which you purchased the PDF and near the
bottom of the order summary will be a link marked "Download Links".
All downloads are good for at least 30 days and 5 attempts.
If you're having trouble downloading, here are some
suggestions: 1) Turn off your security settings/programs before you try
to download, then turn them back on after the download is completed. You might
also consider adding http://www.kenzerco.com to your "allow list" in
the security settings to avoid this problem in the future. 2) Download the
file to your computer before attempting to open it. Don't try and open it
directly from the download link. 3) If you receive a popup that this file
has been damaged or not a supported file type, this can be related to Symantec
products like Norton Personal Firewall or Norton Internet Security. If you have
either of these installed, you can determine if they are causing the problem by
saving the file to your computer and checking the size of the file. If the file
is listed as 0 bytes you need to temporarily disable Norton Internet Security or
Norton Personal Firewall. Then save the PDF file to your hard-drive again. There
is also a setting in Adobe Reader that can affect performance during the
download process.
Below are some steps that you can take to work around any problems that you
